Treasure Life's Journey LLC ("we", "us") is the business of Jackie Wu, a coach, mentor and speaker. This policy explains what personal information this website, https://www.treasurelifesjourney.com, collects, why, and what choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
We collect information only when you send it to us.
When you use the Contact form, the Book a Free Discovery Call form or the Enroll Now form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, a phone number (required only on Enroll Now), the topic or message, and the answers you choose to give about your goals and how you heard about us. Please do not include sensitive details such as health, financial account or government ID numbers in a message.
When you open the optional "Share contact info" page, we do not collect anything. The page only offers Jackie's contact details for you to save.
Our web host processes standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site. We do not use this data to identify you or to build a profile of you.
How we use it
We use your form details only to reply to you, to schedule a discovery call you asked for, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages people read, and learn how people find the site. Analytics is on when you arrive. If you choose "No thanks." in our cookie notice, we turn analytics off for your current visit and delete the analytics cookies; the notice appears again on your next visit. If you choose "Ok, Got it.", analytics stays on and the notice is hidden for 12 months. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and we do not sell or share its data.
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. To learn more, read Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy or install Google's opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The cookies we and our providers set are:
_gaand_ga_5459KLMCV0(Google Analytics): tell visits apart. They last up to 2 years, although some browsers shorten this.tlj_consent: remembers that you chose "Ok, Got it." It lasts 12 months.tlj_consent_session: remembers that you chose "No thanks." for your current visit.session-idand__dpl(our hosting platform): deliver the site and measure visits.session-idlasts about 30 minutes and__dplabout one day.
Our hosting platform sets a small number of cookies to deliver the site and to measure visits, such as a session identifier. We don't set advertising or social media tracking cookies. Your browser also keeps a small temporary item so that a page returns to the place you were reading; it stays on your device.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Third-party services
Our site is hosted by Lovable on Cloudflare's network, and form messages are stored with our database provider, Supabase. They process data for us under their own security and privacy commitments.
Some videos are hosted by YouTube. A YouTube video does not load until you press play. When it loads, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and receives information such as your IP address, under Google's privacy policy. A note under each such video tells you this. Videos we host ourselves do not do this.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through our forms, including Enroll Now, are deleted automatically 30 days after you send them. If we start a coaching or speaking relationship, we keep only the records we need for that work, as agreed with you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA, and we do not sell or share personal information. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for handling your form details is your request to be contacted, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, send us a message through the Contact page and tell us what you would like. We will answer within 30 days.
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in a database that visitors cannot read. No system is perfectly secure, so please share only what you are comfortable sending.
Do Not Track. Our site does not change how it works when your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal. Google Analytics, and YouTube when you press play on one of its videos, are the only other companies whose tools can collect information about your visit to this site.
Children
This website is for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
